Business After Hours, typically held the second Tuesday of the month, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, offers a fun, laid-back setting to grow your network, connect with fellow professionals, and build new business relationships. Each month, a member business hosts and showcases their space, products, and services. Enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, exciting prizes - and most importantly - meaningful conversations that help your business thrive.

Hosting a Business After Hours event is a great way to showcase your organization to the local business community. As the host, you’ll have the opportunity to welcome attendees, share your story, highlight your services, and build valuable connections. It’s a unique chance to attract new business, strengthen relationships, and leave a lasting impression on fellow professionals. Let’s make your event one to remember!

  • Provide an opportunity for Chamber members and business owners to visit your physical location

Chamber Coordination

The Chamber will produce your event, offering unique access to the business community.

  • Invite the Chamber Board of Directors and general membership to attend. Invitation to city/county elected officials can also be extended upon request
  • List your event on the Chamber’s website, calendar, and social media
  • Host registration on your requested day of event
  • Co-Emcee the event; address guests, shortly, introducing you as the host
  • Provide you with a list of local media contacts, caterers, photographers, and beverage providers upon request

IMPORTANT Host Requirements:

  • Host to provide appetizers and bar service
  • Venue must be able to accommodate ~200 guests
  • Parking must be available for at least 150 cars
