Can we bring catering?
You can absolutely have your own catering brought to the Chamber's office. Our kitchen area has space for you to layout and enjoy your catering. Let us know if you need recommendation about catering services.
Can the Executive Conference room accommodate more people if we add chairs?
The Executive Conference room accommodates 8 people at the table. You can add two more chairs if necessary.
How can I see if the time and date I want is available?
Please call our office in advance at (360) 694-2588 or contact us via email at YourChamber@VancouverUSA.com for availability. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
Can we book the meeting rooms outside of regular business hours?
No. We only rent the Chamber workspace during business hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
I am a Chamber member. Do I get complimentary Conference Room booking?
Yes. As a Chamber member you get two complimentary Conference Room bookings throughout the year, up to 3hrs each booking. Contact us via email at YourChamber@VancouverUSA.com to request your benefit.
